5.1.1 Introduction

From the programme managing point of view the project initiation phase is the step following the evaluation.

The funding decisions, concluding the contracts and the instalments of funds will eventually lead to launch the projects.
An effective operation will therefore be a marker for the quality of the respective ERA-NET (as perceived by applicants).
